Please join Sassy (aka Nicole Burrill) for a fabuloso Sunday morning flow at Milton Yoga from 8am - 9am. All are welcome - open to Milton Yoga members - all others pay $10 to drop-in to support Yoga Reaches Out Yogathon 2013. This will be a super sweaty and fun vinyasa/flow class set to a wide range of lively music. Sign up online or pay cash at the door.
When: Sundays, 8:00 - 9:00 am. Please check the Milton Yoga schedule page for schedule changes (i.e, holidays/weather)
Tuesdays 12:45-1:15 and Thursdays 12:45-1:15, $5
A RealRyder indoor cycling class for the novice. This is an abbreviated class (30 minutes) that focuses on the beginner Ryder. We will focus on set-up, alignment, hand positions, cues and basic Ryding techniques. After this class you will feel comfortable and confident to join a regularly scheduled 45 minute Ryde class. This is a cash, donation-based class with proceeds going to the Spinning Lotus Studios Team for Yoga Reaches Out New England Yogathon 2013.
Tuesdays 11:30-12:30, $10 suggested donation
